Refund Policy
We do offer Exchanges or Refunds under specific conditions. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, including original label and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team within the 2-day window to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges or Refunds requested after this period will not be accepted.
